The Miami and Ft Lauderdale area have many great dog parks to choose from. Miami - Dade County also has 13 other parks to take your dog to but these require a leash, click here for a list. There is also a location at Rickenbacker Causeway on the south end of Virginia Key with an on leash dog beach. A note: there use to be a dog park in Veteran's park in Aventura but it was moved to Waterways dog park.
